Predlog za združitev Slovenskega šolskega muzeja z muzejem športa je nedodelan in ne zagotavlja pogojev za delovanje Slovenskega šolskega muzeja na sedanji ravni. Ni izdelan model upravljanja,organizacije ter načrt zagotavljanja prostorskih pogojev, ni načrta financiranja, kar je znak neodgovornosti predlagatelja.

Slovenski šolski muzej super deluje in dosega visoke uspehe ... ne verjamem, da bi z združitvijo kaj pridobil, prej nasprotno

Predlagatelj te ideje verjetno misli, da sta domišljija in domišljavost sopomenki.

Ukinitev je nedopustna. Ustanov s tako tradicijo v naprednih državah ne ukinjajo.

For me it is a completely strange decision that a Nation with such a young independance and with such an extraordinary rich School and Education History as caused by the situation between East and West, between South and North, is planning to close its School Museum. The opposite seems to me best: to enlarge it to make the complicate European History easier to be understood.

As president of the Hospital Organisation of Pedagogues in Europe (HOPE) I fully support the museum of education in Slovenia. To be able to educate tomorrow in a decent way, we must know the past of our education. That is why a museum of education is a must in every decent country. Please help this museum for the benefit of the pupils of Slovenia and for the future of Slovenia.

združevanje sodonih dejavnosti, ki se vsebinsko med seboj ne podpirajo, ni smiselno, predvsem pa ne more temeljiti na morebitnih finančnih prihrankih. Zasnova uptavljanja združenega muzeja je za šolsko področje škodljiva, predvsem pa v upravljanju področje športa in šolstva ne zastopa enakovredno civilna sfera. To je diskriminacija za področje šolstva.
