Băsescu si toată clica lui sunt criminali. Nu există nici un padon, nici măcar pentru SUA cu atât mai putin pentru EUROPA c=, care ne îgroapă ROMÂNII sustinând acesti criminali, Justiria trebuie schimbată in totalitate. Pentru SRI trebuie reformată in totalitate. Ca să exite ANI mai intât trebuie verificati serios cei care au condus si conduc ANI. Curtea constitutională trebuie trecută sub jurisdictia Inaltei Curti (la ora actuală din ea fac parte niste impostori - care beneficiază de drepturi infinit mai mari decât cei care li le produc) .Sunt multe aspecte pe cre SUA sigur le stie. De ce dracu nu ne ajută, dacă se consideră intradevar democrati?

We are expressing our concerns relating the Romanian Justice independence insistently and continuously jeopardized by the dictatorship behavior of the President of Romania – Mr. Basescu.

These concerns are referring to :
1. Directly phone calls made by the President himself direct to prosecutors and Supreme Court judges to suggest how and which files to handle and in which direction
2. Threatening the Justice makers by such phone calls and also by public press conferences where he express mentioned names and what they should do because otherwise they will be punished
3. Conducting the election meeting of the chiefs of magistrates indicating who should be voted
4. Due to this threatening of prosecutors no one did solve any of 4000 complains made by the Government Internal Control Body about the corruption and frauds made by the friends and family of Mr Basescu.
5. However the only files sent to the court are only of the opponents of the politician Basescu. None of personal mafia of Basescu was investigated till now.
6. The level of corruption of Basescu regime and his protégés is so high that at the last elections the actual ruling coalition gained more than 70% of the votes (no where in Europe can be possible) just to see that Basescu’s mafia will be terminated
7. Basescu by his slaves has proclaimed Absolute Immunity for himself. He cannot be charged, he cannot be investigated even thaw the Constitution does not mention such privilege. Meanwhile all other politicians can be investigated and convicted with no restriction.
8. The lack of legitimacy of Mr Basescu as far more the 7 millions has voted to impeach him in the summer of 2012 far more than actual limit of law necessary to expel him. Due to controlling the Constitutional Court members appointed by him and his political friends he managed by hallucinate maneuvers to invalidate the democratic choice of the Romanian
9. Every ones that helped Basescu to escape from any investigations of his unlimited frauds were appointed in a very well paid and comfortably positions as expression of his gratitude.
10. Continually breaking the Constitution rules by acting as a politician while the above mentioned regulation is prohibiting as crystal clear.

era ora sa se faca cunoscute abuzurile din romania macar ca era obligatia usl dar vad ca nu prea se inghesuie toti au cisigat un loc moale cald si plin de avantaje ce le mai pasa lor de noi astialalti sper ca aceasta scrisoare sa aiba efectul dorit de noi romani ca prea mult am fost dusi cu presul

Va multumesc pentru initiativa . Va rog sa ma credeti ca de foarte mult timp eu chiar ma gandeam cum sa facem sa il informam noi corect pe BAROSO si chiar sa cerem o interventie a unui grup in PARLAMENTUL EUROPEAN ca intreaga EUROPA sa stie adevarul. Hai sa nu cedam si sa ne mobilizam pina ce alungam CUCUVEAUA de la palat.

Nimeni nu este mai presus de lege intr-o tara democrata.
Problema este ca Romania nu intra in categoria acestor tari.

sa speram ca reusim desii multi dintre noi cred ca totul e inutil, totul e pe fata ,fara rusine, poate daca suntem multi sunem si puternici desii am vazut ca nici asta nu conteaza si totusi pina la urma exista un sfirsit si toti speram sa fie bine

Din suflet dorim ca abuzurile clicii lui basescu in frunte cu sleahta lui de oprcurori sa inceteze si nsa fie pedepsiti

FELICITARI PENTRU INITIATIVA. TREBUIE, POATE, PRECIZAT SI FAPTUL CA 8,5 MILIOANE DE ROMANI AU VOTAT LA REFERNEDUM PENTRU PLECAREA LUI BASESCU. CU TOATE ACESTEA "O PARTE DIN CEI DE LA UE AU SUSTINUT PE ACEST INALTPREADEMNIS" CARE A DISTRUS IDEEA DE JUSTITIE IN SRACA NOASTRA TARA. CIRCUL TREBUIE SA IA SFARSIT.OARE ATIT DE PARSIVI POT FI UNII DINTRE ROMANI INCAT SA NE PONEGREASCA PE LA INALTELE PORTI ?!!!!
