I know these days there are problems in the U.S. with the freezing cold weather and Obamacare, but there's a country in Europe, called Romania, where evil, unimaginable things have been happening for the last 9 years. For instance:
Do you know how wealthy Traian Basescu (President of Romania) is? Or when or how he got his wealth?
Do you know that when Mr. Basescu was the Minister of Transportation the entire romanian naval civil fleet disappeared?
Do you know that Mr. Traian Basescu worked with "The Securitate", the former secret police in Communist Romania?
Do you know that Mr. Basescu gave his home to a family member so he could get another house for him when he was the mayor of Bucharest?
Do you know that although he had no bussiness to do so, The Romanian President decided to close some hospitals all over Romania(and because of that fact people have died without any medical attention)? He also decided to cut all worker's wages in the public sector by 25 percent.
Do you know why did Mr. Philip H. Gordon, who was sent from Washington to Bucharest, said that there are 1.5 million defrauded votes in the presidential impeachment referendum in 2012? There is absolutely no proof for this preposterous statement.
Do you know why simple folk, in the countryside were harassed by prosecutors, just because they exercised their right to vote in the presidential impeachment referendum. (Lots of prosecutors and judges are appointed by Mr. Basescu himself).
Do you know that Mr. Traian Basescu lied all over Europe(the German Chancellor Angela Merkel included) that the Constitution of Romania does not have in it the concept of suspension or impeachment?
Is this the way the United States of America upholds democracy, by allowing the votes of 7.5 million people to be less important than the rule of 6 out of 9 judges of the Constitutional Court of Romania in 2012?
Instead of appointing them for their competence, Traian Basescu appointed people in key positions in the Romanian State only for their obedience towards him.
Traian Basescu is a phony, illegitimate president of a country which has had enough of him. This is a man who put his own agenda before the presidential duties.
